Description
Rome Worldschooling Course
This course will capitalize on Michael’s worldschooling and travel experience as we explore one of the world’s most popular cities with an educational lens. In this “virtual walkabout,” we will take in some key monuments and archaeological sites, while learning how they helped define the identity of Rome itself.
As we gaze up at the sites in their contemporary magnificence, students will don their imagination caps as we ponder on what life was like hundreds of years ago. Students will leave with a new perspective on the Eternal City, an idea of how travel can be incorporated into other aspects of life (e.g. writing a story), and firsthand tips of getting around the city.
