Resource Library
It takes a village to raise a child.
No statement has ever rung as true. Time and again, we have seen the impact our surroundings have on our kids. The people who interact with our children play a major role in the way they perceive the world, and how they conceptualize new information. Community is a big reason why we love worldschooling. Sharing our experiences with each other helps us all raise engaged and empathetic global citizens.
As a result, our resource library is a living reservoir of knowledge that grows with your input. Share what you know, so we can compile it all here for everyone. We hope you become active participants with our Worldschooling Junction Map below, where you can add interesting worldschooling destinations, locally-run volunteer organizations for families, and experiences for all to see.
Worldschooling Junction Map
Looking for some worldschooling inspiration? Check out these tried and true places to see listed by worldschoolers just like you. If you have been somewhere not listed, don’t hesitate to add a new location. We are not looking your typical “top tourist stops,” but those intimate, immersive learning opportunities that make worldschooling special. When adding a location, think about what helps you as a worldschooling family and provide that level of fidelity in your listing. Remember, we are always learning!
Since giving back is a big part of the worldschooling lifestyle, we also include locally-run volunteer organizations that accept families. If you’ve had an opportunity to volunteer time or donate supplies somewhere, share your experiences here, as well.
Do you have some great resources that would be beneficial to the Worldschooling Junction Family? Please share your wonderful experiences with us by filling out the contact form. We are constantly building our resource library thanks to feedback from worldschooling families like you. Let’s raise engaged and empathetic global citizens together, and give them a better, more aware, and more inclusive tomorrow.
